Capacity depends on the vehicle assigned. Include every passenger and all luggage in your request so Avenue Black can confirm the appropriate vehicle before payment.

Standard pickups include 15 minutes. Airport pickups include 45 minutes after actual domestic flight arrival or 60 minutes after actual international arrival. Flight delays adjust automatically. After the grace period, waiting time is $25 per 15 minutes, rounded up. If the client cannot be reached within 15 minutes after the grace period ends, the chauffeur may leave and the payment is forfeited. Hourly reservations still end at the reserved time.
